Overcoming fear

Welp it happened again i can blame nothing but fear,didn't have someone the night before the night before that something else came up now last night i had everything ready the only thing that stopped me was pure fucking fear

Fear of a method i tried many years ago so maybe there is a trauma element to it i've got to admit but I'm not really sure what else i can really do so getting this to work is pivotal

Fear is a natural part of CTB and is difficult to completely eliminate.

For example, I try to convince myself that I am going to make the best decision for myself. I imagine my future will be much worse, so I want to avoid that. I try to fight fear with my pragmatism.
I will definitely feel fear, but I want to control it.

If we cannot eliminate fear, we must control it.
We cannot panic.
This is the worst thing we can do.
Of course, it's easier said than done.

SI is a very important mechanism for us humans.
But if we want CTB, this is the biggest curse.

Where would i get benzos from? I'm not sure how i would feel drinking alcohol personally myself

Benzos are prescription drugs.

But you can buy benzos online.
Of course you can buy it at "dark net".
But you can also buy on the "normal" Internet.
Maybe if you ask someone, they'll send you the source of such places. I don't currently have one.

Some people also get prescriptions from regular doctors.
They just lie that something is wrong with them.

You can get benzos, but you have to be motivated and willing.

If you want to use them, you need to read about it. You need to know the right dose.
You need to have knowledge about this.

Of course, I do not guarantee that this will be sufficient.

There is no "right dose" to OD on Benzos. They are not made to OD. There is a low chance when they r used in combination with alc. but the chance is not anywhere near to a success like with barbiturates or other meds mentioned in the PPeH. Failure risks are too high - in my opinion.

But I wasn't writing in the context of CTB.
I meant just the right dose to stay calm.

Benzo alone should not be used for CTB.

This is what the OP was talking about in this discussion. OP wants to overcome fear.
Benzo can help.
