Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Except for a party after Christmas, the past eight days I've been sleeping around 12 hours per day, getting up to eat then falling back asleep. I don't know why but my psychotic symptoms have worsened, I've had episodes every night, disturbed sleep and vivid dreams, and multiple voices sometimes simultaneously, weird instances where I'd experience whole events where I'm out and about doing things then I realize I'm just in bed. I want to do basic things like laundry and going for walks but I've felt stuck for over a week now. I woke up today with bad neck pain so I have a proper reason to sleep now, but I'm wondering if anyone else susceptible to psychotic episodes is experiencing more intense symptoms now or if it's just me.

You might want to consider your diet during this period. For example, if you have eaten more sugar than normal. it may have impacted your sleep of mental health.
