Hi everyone, I am planning to cbt next year.
I am in the process of putting everything in order, for example, to give you an idea:
- ending my lease at the correct time
- programming all money and investment moving to my family
- have a leave notice for work that matches the end of the lease and getting my stuff delivered to people who think they might enjoy

Now, speaking of methods, despite learning so much on this website about non-methods, the most accessible one to me remains deep cutting of veins all through inner elbow. I do have prescription medication that could help with the pain - I saved from a previous surgery two 30mg/ml 1ml doses of ketorolac which I could probably inject or just put under the tongue + delorazepam 1mg/l which I can get through prescription.
Given the resources I have, can I realistically be successful with my attempt?

Thank you so much

You need a lot of resolve to cut to an artery and die. Cutting to a vein may cause death, but it is not guaranteed. Without substances, strong painkillers, and powerful tools, you won't be able to achieve it.

Indeed, in particular I would like to know if the painkiller I mentioned (ketorolac - which is an opioid commonly prescribed for post surgery) and its dosage (2ml of 30mg/ml) would be sufficient in addition to maybe a larger amount of delorazepam - let's say 10 or 20 ml of 1mg/l solution.

None taken. Been depressed/bipolar all my life, tried therapy and meds for years and really struggling with with trying to keep a face, a normal life, while feel like I just can fake it anymore, I have no more energy left.

Ketorolac is a nsaid, not an opoid. It's consequently much worse for OD than opoids.

Is there any reason in particular why you're exclusively interested in non-methods? You learned all about the non-methods not to be attempted, as you say, and you picked out one of the worst ones that has little chance of success, Why? Why do you have no interest in viable methods? You have time, you have money, those are your resources. What's the limiting factor here? This isn't adding up.

My bad. Wouldn't be for OD, just pain management during the process

I would have access to hanging, but I don't feel psychologically comfortable with it, even though efficient.
I'm also scared to get/have no access to SN, and, honestly that's the way I've always imagined to go. But it's definitely good to be realistic about it. Thank you for your answer
