And so, I have access to 100% pure opiates (tablet form) and a dealer proven over the years. He even has fentanyl 100/200mcg tablets for $30/50 respectively, but that's too expensive for me. He also has oxycodone, but it is an extended form (80mg) for $30, I think this is my option, I could buy 4-7 tablets. The question is how to use them. Should I cut them down? Maybe it will absorb faster. Is it worth sniffing? I think I could sniff ~150mg. I also plan to wash everything down with grapefruit juice, which increases bioavailability, without using metoclopramide, because it still does not help. Any advice is welcome

Do you actually know what that dude is selling? Because fentanyl is lethal in the 100 microgram range when you IV it. If that is accurate dosage, actually fent and he's not full of shit, then you should buy a few of those, crush them up with a pestle & mortar and insufflate them, if you don't feel comfortable shooting it up. Oral oxy route - I would have no confidence in that whatsoever.

As far as fent is concerned, I've only ever seen dealers sell it and advertise it as patches, not pills.

You should also be combining with benzos.

Crushing up pills meant for long-release defeats the long-release mechanism. Buy those fent pills, crush them up into fine powder and rail it, if you don't feel comfortable IV'ing it. Honestly, I think even one of those 200mcg ones might be enough by itself. For this overdose to work, you need as much of it to hit your system at once as possible, by doing it orally, you smooth out the absorption curve way too much, decreasing the peak. Not to mention the risk of vomiting as well and completely ruining your plan. But as far as absorption is concerned, just understand that no method compares to IV. Insufflation is your second best option, though.

Mixing GABAergic substances dramatically increases the effects of each one. Just taking Xanax for example is one thing, but mixing Xanax with alcohol for example, or an opioid, basically makes you black out faster than you can say "I think I took too a bit too much".

So the alternative here would be to get drunk first. Do it ahead of time and let your body absorb it so vomiting doesn't do much. Then rail the fent. Since you have no tolerance either this honestly has a very high chance of killing you, assuming again, that those are actually 100/200mcg fent pills.

Well, I have about $200. Then I'm thinking of buying 2 fentanyl 200mcg tablets for $50, and 3 oxycodone tablets for $30. I could just buy fentanyl, but I want to feel that high that drug addicts talk about, that it's not scary to die under opiates, this is necessary to get rid of si
