im scared of the dark

im wanting to do it at night but genuinely scared of shutting my closet door and being in darkness

i mean i tried out of the closet but someone told me have to do it in the closet with door closed bc enclosed space helps or sum, and only times i rlly get a chance to try is nighttime and im afraid of either getting stuck inside bc my door gets jammed, or spiders in the dark

It's not stupid. I think being comfortable is important. If you can help it, why would you want your last moments to be unpleasant or painful?
