I have been planning and setting up on my CTB plan. I have everything except for one part a Sedative or Benzos.

Should I go on without it?

I called my doctor are they refused to give me Benzos, I tired to convince them and even used my Therapist name in hopes of getting them to change their the only answer given was I need to see them in person. I do not mind seeing them in person I just can not be bothered to wait a month for a single appointment.

What would you do in my situation?
