One ginger root pill?

Ginger root is traditionally used for nausea.

Ginger root has natural proteases that breakdown protein the same way as hydrochloric acid, so SN will not stay in stomach for long.

The one thing I am worried about is that most of the SN absorb will take place in the colon not the small intestine.

Try one ginger root with half a meal. You will see what I am talking about in terms of digestive power.

As always... try to seek every alternative to fix your life before ctb.

Ginger is an ancient herb used widely in history for its many natural medicinal properties and particularly as an antiemetic. The best available evidence demonstrates that ginger is an effective and inexpensive treatment for nausea and vomiting and is safe.

Ginger can be peeled, then grated, sliced, diced, or shaved to use when cooking. It can be eaten raw, steeped in water to make ginger tea, or added to soup, stir-fry, salad, or other meals. One of the chemicals found in ginger is an ingredient in some antacids.

Zingibain, zingipain, or ginger protease is a cysteine protease enzyme found in ginger rhizomes. It catalyses the preferential cleavage of peptides with a proline residue at the P2 position. It has two distinct forms, ginger protease I and ginger protease II.
