Other than considering ligature strangulation / tourniquet / night - night methods, I have medication that causes rapid blood pressure drop. Used by people who suffer from high blood pressure. Their pressure rapidly drops from 160 to 100

If I overdose, can I faint, lose my consciousness so I will be drowned?

Overdosing it could be an alternative to strangulation methods I mentioned.

All I need is to find a way to lose consciousness so I can unconscious drown, be it losing consciousness by strangulation / tourniquet or by overdose from a medication that causes rapid blood pressure drop
