Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

So we've been at this apartment for 3 months, this last month we have hit a snag, I said we'd pay, my roommate said we'd get it this week.
The landlord files court documents and says we broke the lease. He won't wait for the money on Thursday. So now I'm scrambling trying to figure out what to do.

Honestly part of me just wants to die right now, the stress is immense and there's nowhere we can go after this except possibly hotel living but I don't want to do that again.

Like there's a piece of me thinking just burn myself alive with the apartment, I have no immediate access to sn in the US. My hope at getting a temp job fell through.

Is sntrate as effective as sntrite?

I just want to give him the money and move on with my life. The waiting is killing me, I don't want my record ruined because of one month and I'm scrambling for everything. Even for other apartments but it's slim pickings just incase I don't want to go to homeless, I'd rather die first.

I'm sorry to hear.
No.
If it were, everyone searching for nitrite could just buy nitrate. And they could leave their nitrite open & exposed to the air, because it wouldn't matter that it would be turning into nitrate. And nitrite would never expire (over time it turns to nitrate).

Darn thank you.
I'm trying to look for other methods as I already sold my firearm months ago.
I just don't want to lose everything I've worked for.

What about your roommate? You can't go wherever they go?

We can try but we'd both have an eviction on our record, there's my brother who isn't on the lease. All of this would be fine if we just get the money tomorrow, heck, we'd have it this week. I just don't understand why he's being this ridiculous. I mean I guess I get it. But, we haven't skipped out on paying him at any point before.
