Okay so I'm not quittinggggg cigerattes

I'll quit eventually but I'm gonna cut back a significant amount. I used to smoke upwards to a pack a day. Quitting cold turkey for a rapidly suicidal tgirl with a full time job is not realistic!

I feel gross for ALREADY going back on my word. I'm gonna cut down to a pack a week though I think. If I smoke em all before the weeks up then tough shit. Crowns at my shop are about 4 bucks. I'll be spending 8 bucks a paycheck on smokes. I can deal with that I think.

Im sorry I got all that praise yesterday and I just like went and bought cigarettes the next day. But I am attempting to get better I promise

I've heard that it is harder to quit cigarettes than hard drugs. Nicotine is a monster of a drug.

My mother in law almost died from lung issues last year and was told she likely has COPD, and she still smokes. She's tried to quit so many times. Point being, you're
not a bad person for having an addiction that is known to be intensely difficult to beat.

When you're ready, you got this. Until then, do what you gotta do to make it through the day.
