Ok life but suicidal. Why?

I have always been a respected part of society (school, work, neighborhoord). We are above average financially as a family. But I have always been suicidal. In fact, I already tried to ctb when i was younger. I have thought of ctb since I was a kid.

Can anyone relate? Why are we like this if our lives are kinda ok?

I wish I could relate! But I can make an observation... it could be that being socially respected and financially above average, is not what matters in life, it's basically nothing at all really. I'm not stating that as a fact here, just saying maybe?

It's seems like not many people can relate to my situation. Maybe most suicidal people have had a genuinely bad experience which made them suicidal.

I'm sorry if this post came out as braggish or as an underhanded flexing of my life situation. It really is not. I am just looking for someone who can relate with.
