In the UK, it is protocol that if you are linked at any point to a SN purchase, you will get a welfare check. This is very unlikely to happen upon ordering, only if the source gets compromised, or your transaction gets flagged as suspicious. There is no way to guarantee avoiding a welfare check, if you want to order SN you have to accept the risk that if your source is compromised in the future, you will be traced by the police (even if this is months/years down the line).

Unfortunately, it's impossible to prevent welfare checks in the UK now. The UK government is absolutely hell bent to do anything they can to further oppress and target suicidal people, while desperately avoiding helping them in any way possible. The only ways I can think of to avoid an SN welfare check now are to ship to a non-home address or to use it soon after it's delivered. It should be noted that if you receive a welfare check you're not obliged to hand over SN and shouldn't since it's a legal substance and they have no right to take it. Sadly, if you're living with others or have a mental health history then it could be much more problematic. I apologise for not being able to offer more advice.

Sourcing and obtaining SN is challenging enough in itself (just check the number of pleas from new members asking for assistance) without anyone who succeeded starting to sell or distribute their own supply.

Not really possible. Unless a domestic source opens, or it is very well labelled as very nice, very expensive special cooking salt that is definitely not SN, you are almost guaranteed a welfare check in the UK now :(
