Obtaining meto quickly

Hello guys, my dsl has entered the US so I'm trying to finish tying these loose strings up. What I'm really struggling with is obtaining metoclopramide in any sort of timely fashion. I have extenuating circumstances that don't allow me to wait for weeks right now. I have VERY little money to work with right now and have already spent some of it trying to get my hands on meto.

I attempted to get an online script for myself to no avail, I am trying to see if I can get one from my vet through Chewy for my cat who has had issues with vomiting (she is healthy and has gotten much testing and care with them for the issue) but I'm concerned they'll want me to pay for an expensive exam first. I'm essentially unable to leave my apartment at all right now due to a very complicated legal and financial situation.

I found out about IHP VU and am attempting to order with them, but I need to do so by echeck, which may take several days to verify my account before I can even send the payment through. After that it will likely be a few more weeks until I receive my meto from them.

I really need to obtain it fast. It seems like the one step you absolutely can't skip with SN. I don't care about suffering more, I just don't want to puke up all the SN I have and be left with nothing. Especially since the state of DSL currently. I am in talks with MIC now just in case, but nothing matters without meto. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I'm in the US and I was able to get mine very easily through the online pharmacy + telehealth service, RBRx (acronym bc im not sure if you can use their full real name). Ended up costing total of $65 and got it in the mail after 6 days. Though there is a cheaper option out there such as GRx. Maybe once I have enough posts, you can PM me and I can share the full names if that's allowed.
Make sure you come up with a good story as I failed the first time because of this. It needs to be a short term issue or something that just started. The story that worked for me was that I was having reflux/indigestion with nausea and bloating. I mentioned I was recommended to try metoclopramide by a friend and that I had tried Zofran in the past for a separate issue.
