wont happen. even places that have formerly had nukes set off they patrol the shit out of the area. you cant even pull over on the road around those places without the white pickup trucks already hounding you. at least where i am

This sounds like a stupid idea, but it's actually even stupider than that.

There is no nuclear testing any more. North Korea did some in 2017, but nobody else has done any since the 90s, and even those were underground.
