Living the nightmare

I'm 30, no social norms in my life because i am either not interested or can't cope with them. My life is just empty. I have not spoken to any friends for months, and they haven't reached out either.
I try to get help from the nhs cmht but i am so very bad at verbalising what is in my head. I have told them though that i am researching my exit and they don't seem to believe me? I think the only reason i told them was because they ask constantly and i'm pretty fed up with the tick box questions at this point. There's no difference in the follow up no matter how i answer.
Anyway my rope arrived today so yeah.
