No one understands unless they have mental illness. I am so sick of seeing people connecting, smiling, laughing, and enjoying life when I'm trapped here existing.

I really understand what you mean. I never feel like I belong when I am with other people, they would never get it. Feels very lonely.

I'm thankful my loved ones don't have to feel the depth of pain I do. But I do wish they could temporarily feel what I feel so they understood why I can't stay.
