Just wanted to leave here a mention that I think I'll be going with full suspension hanging. I thought I would go with the SN option, seeing as how it seems to be super duper easy to obtain it in the country I'm at right now. But I might not be able to get it after all, alongside the anti-emetics.
My most convenient place I guess would be the window sill of the bathroom at home, using the Calisthenics cords that came with my calisthenics rings as the ligature. I've been practising my bowline knot and noose knot hehe.
hmmm ... not much else to say, not even sure when I plan to sewer slide. But I sure as hell hope to not live to see another year.
hmmm... some more incoherent rambling ... my motivation for CBT would be ... a wide variety of reasons I guess. One reason that stands out for now, probably as the main reason, is a financial brick wall that's out of my control, what with losing the geographic lottery to end up born and living in a country with a median income of like 500usd (lol not funny).
The other reason I can think of is having miserably failed to land a stable job since high school up until now in my early twenties.
Another reason would maybe be some kind of body dysmorphia, although this reason affects me to a much much lesser extent than the other reasons.
