Non bridge locations to jump from in Minnesota twin cities region?

Im eyeing smith Avenue bridge, and I know of Thomas Rukavina bridge (3hr drive, no car)
I don't know any non bridge locations, but if anyone knows any other high places that are publicly accessible, please let me know.
