Where I live they're legally allowed to ask if you have a car, then discriminate based on that answer. Even for positions that are in a single building and that require no driving.
Obviously since I don't have a job I can't afford a massive fucking loan for a car. But since I can't afford a car, I'm barred from 1/2 the jobs on the market. When people talk about poverty being inescapable, this is what they mean.
Seriously. I'm so, so ready to die.
I'm just sick of this shit. Just one more disadvantage added to the pile.
