have you ever had some periods where you can't think at all, like your thought process doesn't work and your brain is the equivalent of a vegetable
my partner said i might have acquired aphantasia but i don't know, maybe it's just the depression since it appeared during that period

So you're not sure if you have aphantasia? If you can't see images in your minds eye or they're dimmer than before you probably have it.

i get this from time to time, for a few hours to a few days at a time. had a pretty bad bout of it last night actually. just cant think clearly about anything and trying to think gives me a headache. i figure it's just dissociation but i dont really know
