I don't think it's possible, Once you kick the bucket with Full suspension there's no backing out even if you were The strongest, The only exception would be somebody saving you by cutting the rope

It is cruel how the society denies us ways to ctb and expects us to suffer for decades. We all deserve the option of a peaceful exit and more than anything I wish that it was easier to leave. I have never attempted hanging because it sounds like a difficult and risky method but when I get desperate I will have no other choice. I wish you the best in whatever happens, I hope you find relief from your suffering.
