I have to ctb. Please-anyone with pharmacology knowledge help… What mix of the below has the best chance of working. I can't find any opiates.

Yes. In Miami.
Prior, I had 3 bottles from D which my ex found and confiscated.
I guess it's back to SN unless anyone knows a pill combo per below. I can't fight the urges anymore. Lyme disease destroyed my life. Brain. Personality. Will to live.

Depends on amounts, your weight, any tolerance, etc. I would be hesitant to say 'take xyz and it'll work' and anyone reading this should be, because there's just no guarantee with pills and the risk of adverse affects is simply too high. And even if it did work, it would not be pleasant in the slightest.

SN is still a viable method, and definitely better compared to an overdose.

Definitely. It's pretty guaranteed and if for whatever reason it didn't work, there's no risk of permanent damage (that anyone is currently aware of).
In terms of pain, it can be uncomfortable, but not painful. Antiemetics, painkillers and antianxieties can help to reduce some of that discomfort.
It's one of the most recommended methods for those reasons

Opiates are quite easy to get. A small amount of digging would see you to finding them. If you're able to use darknet you will easily get them but you can search research chemicals for places you'll find the more obscure but highly potent opioids. There's many many scams so it takes a leap of faith in some cases and you may lose some cash in your search but they're definitely around and available.

it's an effective method with a good track record, but i'm tired of people promoting the idea that one method or another is "guaranteed". plenty can go wrong with sn. in some cases you can do everything right and still fail.

If you take the correct dose and follow somewhat of a regimen in terms of fasting etc, it is pretty much guaranteed. The only failures (at least documented on this website) have come from being found, throwing up very quickly, or panicking and calling for help, all of which can be avoided pretty easily. If you get the right stuff and aren't stupid about how you take it, it is pretty much guaranteed, certainly more so than most other methods

That person was a patient in Switzerland. In person. Not online. Not sure of actual exchange. Doesn't matter. Not here anyway :(.

What?! Wow. Nasty. I had 2 bottles of N from D. Found and thrown out by my ex. One pill. Was given to my friend by the clinic. Don't k ow details
But that it was 10g of N. I am desperately working to find a way to either stay or die. You can't imagine having Lyme disease and what it does to your mental health. Thanks for the support. I feel even worse.

It wasn't sent online!!! Of course not. Patient had als. Not sure of specifics but he didn't take it. He held on to them after paying at the clinic. He gave 3 to a friend of mine in Spain who also has Lyme disease and wanted to know she had an "out" in case her illness did not improve. I know it is N and was told it was 10mg tablet. She sent me one in the mail. It was seized at customs and sent back to Spain for lack of an RX here is the US.

I'm so sorry for your pain. I get it. Which one is post 3?
Maybe it was a typo. I can't see well. I had 2 bottles of N from D. One pill sent from friend in Spain. I don't know specifics. She told me that her friend has als. He Knew someone at a Switzerland clinic who gave him tablet form of N 10mg to take and die at home when ready. He didn't take them. Gave them to my friend who sent one to me. Seized at customs and sent back to her for receipt of RX. So I'm not getting them and have no idea what else to do. Scared of sn.
