If I can't compete in muscle mass, then I'm doomed to life of suffering and of sexual and social starvation. It's been a year since I last had sex, I'm losing my mind. I've already been suffering from PTSD and now being lonely only adds more suffering. I can't take it anymore. Not much really, when I was skinnier, I did have the chance to have sex with a few muscular men, but it was very rare. I'm now heavier, despite managing to lose 16 pounds, still no one is interested in me. And I may gain all the weight back because I can't bear the feeling of starving myself. No muscular men like fat men.

The only way for me to get sex from other muscular men is to have muscles, which I can't do because of both physical and psychological problems that are unfixable. I'm also addicted to sugar and that's another unsolvable problem. I don't find any of these "solutions" sufficient. IF I CAN'T GET THE BODY I WANT, I WANT TO BREAK OTHER PEOPLE AND MAKE THEM DISABLED FOR LIFE, I WANT THEM TO JOIN ME IN THE JOURNEY OF MISERY.
Most people's problems go unsolved. Most poor people remain poor for the rest of their lives for factors outside of their control. Most obese people remain obese till the day they die because our bodies were designed to accumulate fat and save energy. You can't fight against a broken system, whether it's capitalism or evolution, it's way bigger than you, it created you and it will kill you. We are way powerless and hopeless than we would like to admit.

muscular guy here. Um not all of us get women/men. For most of us we gym as a stress outlet. Not necessarily to pick up. Gyming is not hard. It just takes time and dedication. Don't be embarassed if you don't know what to do or what your starting point is (most people love to help new people). When I started the gym I could only bench press the bar. And in fact the women's bar (i think that is 35 pounds). Now I bench 225 lbs for 10 reps. Again, gyming is not hard. Just dedication, proper diet and supplements (LEGAL... so whey protein, creatine, etc.) and u can reach their level as well.

There's no discrimination based on your success of lack thereof in your sex life. There's even widespread understanding for involuntary celibacy - many of us have been there, and a significant portion of us still are.
