I think that it's better to be alone anyway as other people just create more suffering, you cannot trust and rely on them. But it's true that existing really can be so awful and painful, there is far too much unnecessary torment in this world and undeserved suffering. It's why I envy those who are free from this hellish world.

Why can't to send a pre timed message, I am damn sure apartment management have email id you can set a scheduled email and do it so it won't traumatize others, when they find you

When I made that decision back in 2016, it was the best ever. I mean that truly.
Then I messed up and went against in 2020, only to try and slowly get back to it thrice later.
