Hello. What do you think about the use of antianginal + vasodilating agents?
For example, nitroglycerin (Nitrostat) + sildenafil (Viagra)? Basically, such a combination should cause a very severe drop in blood pressure and collapse. Pros - relative availability, cons - headache. GTN also dissolves quickly in the body.
