So I want to ctb with the exit bag method. I want to use nitrogen but I'm unsure of how much I need.
How much nitrogen will be enough to kill me?

You need about 450 Liters at least, that's about 30 minutes at 15 liters per minute--Some places sell by cubic feet instead of liters--My 125 cu ft Tank is 3500 Liters

I've found 50l tanks and those were already gigantic
Is that like some kind of different measurement?

50 l would be the volume of the cylinder.I think the total compressed gas inside 50 l cylinder would be about 10000l Nitrogen.So it is more than 15 times you need.
