Does anyone know the potency of these compounds? Can't find much information about its potency in relation to morphine.

Metonitazepyne

"PROTONITAZENE 250x of morphine
Metonitazene 100x of morphine
Butonitazene 5x of morphine
etomethazene 20x of morphine
Etonitazepyne 100x of morphine
n-desethylisotonitazene 1000x of morphine"

"Metonitazepyne is about 30 times more effective than morphine.
N-Desethylmetonitazene is about 10-20 times more effective than morphine.
Protonitazepyne is about 180 times more effective than morphine."

"n-desethylisotonitazene ~20 times stronger than fent"

This was the information that was given to me through vendors and consumers.

"Most zenes are about 10-20x morphine orally, 20-70x IN, 50-90x rectally, and 100% IV (if water soluble)... Those are my personal numbers for bioavailability of zenes I'm general, altho I haven't used alllll zenes, most seem to fall in these ranges."

I'm curious where the blood came from in the first one. My guesses are either physical injury from falling unconscious or from the sublingual administration which could have damaged the tissue.

I also had a secret third theory which I wasn't sure can even happen. But it can and it's a thing. Probably the most likely scenario given that they were on a bed.

It could be a mucus tear too, who knows, but I doubt its from a single use of a tiny quantity of the substance.

Opioid overdoses cause seizures, many wake up on the floor injured when overdoses are not lethal.

New lethal injection protocols

The Ohio protocol, developed after the incomplete execution of Romell Broom, aims to ensure the rapid and painless onset of anesthesia by only using sodium thiopental and eliminating the use of Pavulon and potassium as the second and third drugs, respectively. It also provides for a secondary fail-safe measure using intramuscular injection of midazolam, followed by sufentanil or hydromorphone in the event intravenous administration of the sodium thiopental proves problematic.[50] The first state to switch to use midazolam as the first drug in a new three-drug protocol was Florida on October 15, 2013.[36] Then on November 14, 2013, Ohio made the same move.

  • Primary: Sodium thiopental, 5 grams, intravenous
  • Secondary: Midazolam, 10 mg, intramuscular, sufentanil, 450 micrograms, intramuscular and/or hydromorphone, 40 mg, intramuscular"

This was the bioavailability measurement I gathered from studies and personal reports

IV > intramuscular/subcutaneous = dissolved in DMSO (topical) > boof/rectal > intranasal (if water soluble) > oral

Will send you pm.
I would also like to know the protocol please.
Can you get these through NL RC stores or you need DW for this? I don't do DW.
Sounds interesting though

I would also like to know the protocol please.

High dose benzimidazolone or benzimidazole opioid dissolved in DMSO and applied to the skin + midazolam (don't know the route of administration yet)

or just pass out while doing my experiments

Sounds interesting though

NL banned all categories of research chemicals recently, so DW markets
