heyo, so is it possible to put rice bags, or smth similar ( i don't have ricebags at home) to the cartoid and jugular, and instead of a rachet, use partial suspension with a rope? has anyone tried this?
so your windpipe and breathing is even more protected

Carotid compression was first covered in the March 2019 edition of the PPeH. The PPeH is written by two medical doctors. There is a whole chapter dedicated to this method. Its referred to as the "Korean Method". It also talks about how to avoid placing pressure on the trachea. The March 2019 edition can be found here:

Based upon my own experiences, I would not recommend this method: tried partial suspension, obviously it failed, but I was left with lots of small red dots on my face where the tiny capillaries had burst due to the increase in pressure. Luckily the red dots cleared up after a couple of days.

I did a test run with a thin cable using both hands, i.e. self strangulation, with some success. However, when it came to my actual attempt using a door knob for the suspension, I failed multiple times.

do you not recommend this korean method, or partial in general? do you think korean is worse, harder to pull off than simple partial? thx :)

@stillhere, these methods are all based upon compressing the carotid artery. I don't recommend any of them.

I've tested above download link and it works. Maybe your ISP is blocking the content. You should be using the Tor browser to anonymize yourself. The Tor browser should also allow you to bypass any blocking made by your ISP. The Tor browser is based upon the Firefox browser and can be downloaded from www.torproject.org
