I think you only need ID to join the Exit forums, not to access the PPeH.

Yes it's in the resources thread bud, which is a stickied post at the top of this forum.

They do ask for you to be terminally ill and/or over 50 to buy the handbook, that's what always stopped me buying it. Whether they would actually ask for it or if that is just to deter people, I don't know.
