report this guy. he sounds like a chaser who gets off on goading girls to ctb. seriously, report him. these kinds of things may seem like regular asshole behaviour, but so do a lot of predators who have far worse intentions.

if not for yourself, block him to save some other poor girl from being the target of his anger

I can't comment much on the quality of friendships made here. I haven't had much luck with 'online friendships' in general.
