Nervous to order SN from DMC

I've had access to DMC for awhile, but I'm pretty apprehensive to order given my current conditions:

-I'm 19. I know DMC requires age 21 with ID, so I'm not sure how to get around this.
-I live with my family, so I wouldn't be comfortable getting it shipped directly to home.
-I'm not well informed about wellness checks. I really don't want to deal with anything like that, and I especially don't want my family to be involved or become suspicious.
-I live in the US, and I'm not totally sure of how tight the regulations are at this point.

Any advice would be appreciated, especially from those who've had experience ordering!

A lot of brain development occurs from 18-25, effectively a second puberty, turning people into almost entirely different versions of themselves in that timeline.

hey! i'm also 19, and i ordered from dmc successfully. he does not request to see your id or verify your age. some payment methods will ask for your id BUT dmc does not see that; it's something on the payment method's end (probably want to make sure you are 18 so you can use the service).

HOWEVER, i ordered over a month ago and i still have not recieved my package. i am also in the US, and it has presumably been stuck in customs this whole time. usps told me that if it spends 45 days in customs, then the package is lost. dmc told me if the package does not arrive after 2 months, he will send another. i asked whether he could just send a refund, or if the replacement package would be sent for free, and he ghosted me lol. so im kind of pissed with him atm.

idk if it being stuck/lost has anything to do with regulations. i also did not recieve a wellness check.

do with this info what you will. personally, i feel icky about dmc after this experience. i will probably push for a refund after the 2 months have passed.

My previous SN parcel got stuck at customs. Was sent back and it got lost. DMC didn't refund me but only offered me that if I buy SN again he would send me also the previous SN too.

I'm sorry to hear that; I hope it ends up working out for you. Thank you for the info, though! I've heard mixed things about the payment process and it kinda freaks me out. Best of luck getting what you need!

I think I was mistaken in fact. It was a forum post but not by the creators of the forum or the admins, just one I vibed with. It's in my about section.

Just my personal beliefs that I'm not gonna help kids off themselves without me understanding their situations.

I hope things get better for you one way or another.

that's a little scary! I bought mine just last night; I figure worst case scenario, I've wasted 100 something bucks. I've wasted a lot more money than that to learn lessons before... I'm hoping to get it within a month or so

That's a great belief. 19 is very young. The prefrontal cortex does not complete development until between the ages of 21 and 25 in the majority of people, so you aren't wrong about the "second puberty" though what it actually is, is the prefrontal cortex developing to completion.
