If its fake how is he able to show bottles and paper with my name on it

Are you a 70 year old grandmother? Or you grew up with technology? I was already an adult when I first had access to internet and I could still easily do on a computer what you describe, in just a few minutes. Or we could ask AI to do it, that is even faster. If you are not fluent in today's technology, like elderly people, you become the perfect scam victim

A? What is A? I don't think there is much chance of getting it without going to South America or i guess Mexico. I have heard even in Mexico it is hard to come by due to suicidal tourism.

I saw in past threads that people mentioned someone by the name of "a" as a seller of it. I can't find the thread now, but i've seen some old threads with other names like "D" but I think those providers must have either run out of supply or stopped since I don't see them mentioned anymore. Yes it does seem that I'd have to go to south america to get it, which would be a very long depressing and anxiety provoking trip not to mention expensive :/

I'm pretty sure A stopped selling N a long long time ago but I know the threads your referring too. Him and D. I got scammed out of like $700 so just be careful. It's not a good idea to try to purchase online but if you have like a lot of funds and can afford to risk the loss....
