Help need to go to the hospital

this might sound insane.
i have toxic parents and i cant talk to them about my mental health issues
is there a way to get sick so i end up in a hospital bed using stuff that's easily accessible at home?
i am pretty desperate i guess, for once atleast i wanna know what its like to be taken care of
i need the attention.
