need help surviving a week

I asked my psychiatrist to lower my meds. Thought they weren't doing anything. A couple days after she did, I started seeing things behind my eyes. I got this unshakable sense of anxiety so bad I threw up from it. A few days ago I started scratching myself until it bled to cope. I started having flashbacks yesterday. It's only been like a week but I don't know how much more I can take before I try something I'll regret. I don't want to ctb over something that'll only last another week (that's when I have a check-in with my psychiatrist). I already tried emailing her and she just said to wait to check in in a week.

You may be saying "just go back up on the meds without her permission" but I live with my parents and they dole out my meds because I'm considered a suicide risk and also have autism (they're still legally my parents even though I'm 21, I don't really know how legal stuff works)

What do I do? How do I cope? Do I go to the ER? They could probably get my meds sorted out faster if I went to a mental hospital, but there's uh other risks associated with that.

call your psychiatrist's office and tell them that the symptoms are too urgent to wait and that you need an emergency dose increase ASAP. be firm about it

maybe you can show evidence of the dose change to your parents, so they'll believe you and give you your original dose?

if your psychiatrist and your parents refuse to help, go to the ER ASAP

yeah definitely ask for an increase and then maybe ask for like a slower taper or some kind of like prn or replacement med (though idk if they're likely to give that)
if it gets too bad in some places you can get like emergency doses from like pharmacists or hospitals or something iirc
