I think Ligature Strangulation Method might be the one you're looking for. It just requires a string and skill. You might want to check out other methods here.The "easiest" might be SN but that comes with expenses and the process sounds incredibly painful to me so I've ruled that one out.
I lean towards night-night or partial hanging but when you experiment you'll find it's never as simple as it sounds. I've been lurking here a while and haven't figured out the carotid arteries (Sweet spot in your neck) or how to bypass my natural instincts so here I am still. But if you're looking for fast cheap and painless those are the two that fit the description the most from what I've seen here.Similar threads
