Need a method by the end of my work day

For context, I work at a Publix, and I get off at 7 p.m. EST.

I am looking for something that I can concoct through the various products sold in a regular grocery store, and go from there. I want to find an answer by the time I preferably get off. Thanks.

First, it is against the rules to directly tell someone how to kill themselves.
Second, suicide should not be an impulse decision and methods thrown together very quickly tend to fail immensely. Your attempt should come after careful consideration and planning.
Third, nothing you can get your hands on easily at a grocery store is going to kill you.

The mega thread is a resource. And I mean there's way to die or injure yourself badly to the point where it becomes impossible to work at a publix again so it's your choice

There's a whole thread going right now on here about how we aren't supposed to encourage people or provide direct assistance... the rules are.a bit cloudy on some points, but I don't at all blame anyone who doesn't want to stick their neck out and help with details. For what it's worth, I think @Forveleth did you a service by letting you know this rather than let you wonder why no one was responding. Sometimes people don't get replies and it makes them even more depressed because they think no one sees them or understands or cares... when often its just we don't know what to say.

Not trying to be a , but you've been a member here for three years. You've had three years to learn about every viable method. Three years of access to all of this information available to you. Three years to read, learn, engage in discussions, ask questions, three years to decide. Have you never read the suicide resource compilation in all these years? If you had, you would already know that no viable method can be found in a grocery store. Sorry, this is just blowing my mind rn .

See, you can't say "not trying to be" something, but then end up being that same thing. Yes I've had an account for three years, but I was never active on here like that. It was mainly a touch-and-go type of thing. Now I'm in a situation where I really have made the final decision to do it, and I don't even know where to start.

You're right. I apologize. I hope the situation changes & that you can find another way forward. If you can't, the good news is you know about this site & have access to all the info on it. The bad news is it takes more than a workday to find and possibly acquire a method (unless you're ok with one of the free, more violent/terrifying ways that can be done more impulsively). It might take a few bucks and some dedication to learning about your method. The suicide resource compilation holds all the answers, but I hope you can find another way out/forward.
