I see that you keep posting about this idea, but using a crossed rope like this for hanging is terrible advice. Whether it's your body or some other object, this method won't work. The object will just spin around and fall to the ground.

If you use this to hang yourself, you might have the impression that it works, because it kind of holds while you're consciously leaning into it. However, once you lose consciousness, there's a very good chance that your body will just rotate and fall out of the rope.

Try looping a rope around a water bottle or a towel the way you're suggesting, and try lifting it up from the ground – it doesn't work.
I know the knot I used is different from a hanging knot, and it is true that this tying method could come loose. I am just sharing my experience; it does not take much force to compress the carotid arteries.

I agree that it doesn't take much force to compress the carotids. The problem with the 'knot' you're suggesting isn't specifically about compressing the carotids, though. (I used scare quotes, because it isn't a knot per se.)

The problem with your proposed idea comes after you've lost consciousness. When your muscles go limp, you're not leaning forward anymore. Gravity will just pull you straight downward. At this point, your body can easily rotate and fall out of the rope. This is likely what will happen, depending on body position and luck.

If you think I said anything wrong, feel free to challenge it.

I just think your idea doesn't work, and it's bad advice. So consider it challenged. :)

It is not a lie. I wrapped a rope around my neck and pulled it tight. After 3 seconds, my vision went black, and then my body started shaking involuntarily. I am certain I did not use full force, and I was able to breathe during the process
I've had a similar experience but it was being choked. I passed out extremely fast and there was no pain. Vision went black and I could breathe but then I was gone.

My idea won't work? I was just saying that I once choked myself with a rope until I was nearly unconscious. Brother, this isn't an idea; this is practice.

I said it "likely" won't work, "depending on body position and luck".

I've also said that "the problem with your proposed idea comes after you've lost consciousness" and "your muscles go limp".

You're not addressing the issues I've pointed out.

This is an idea and not practice. I haven't seen a single case study or video where someone used your idea to commit suicide. Your idea is never used or suggested for suspending objects either, and there is a good reason for that.

Why don't you try it yourself instead of asking so many questions?

I'm not asking questions. I'm telling you that, based on what I know, this seems like a bad idea and is unlikely to work well. When you lose consciousness completely and your muscles go limp, you'll be pulled straight downward by gravity. At that point, your body can easily rotate and fall out of the rope.

I did try it. Here is a demonstration of what would likely happen during an actual attempt:

absolutely only go with A for regular fsh. Rope on the side is used for the type of hanging where you want to break the neck. Never put the rope at the front.
