Name one fucked up health challenge

It's small but I can't get through it. Done it for 15 years - my whole adult life and now paying for it: My diet is basically milk, with bare minimum of extras to stay alive. I've never liked food much. And eating in front of others, forget it!

I wonder how much more damage my stubbornness will do
