My suicide plan, and farawell

Today, I'm home alone for part of the afternoon. That should be enough time to try out the method I'm interested in. It involves strangulation, called "ligature strangulation." You may have seen this method before. It's the most reliable and effective method available to me. I haven't had the opportunity to try it out, but it should be fine, I just need to be brave.

I don't plan on writing a letter, I don't know what to say in it. Anyway, they know me well enough.

Any advice on how to ensure the quality of the method and be as calm and relaxed as possible, especially so I don't give up halfway through? I plan to use several shoelaces. Is that a good choice? I know where to aim on my neck, the carotid artery I think, I don't know the technical names very well...

Sorry for not contributing with the others, I'm too sensitive for that :(

I'm also thinking of taking large amounts of sleynito (melatonin) just before the attempt. Could that have a relaxing effect? Or could alcohol have that effect? I should point out that I have never consumed alcohol in any form.

For reasons I don't want to go into, it's simply what will give me the most peace I can hope for.

Ligature strangulation for the most part doesn't lead to fatal suicide attempt because of SI and improper planning. I recommend researching thoroughly about it before conducting it.

I wonder if her method worked, how she managed to die. Maybe she changed her plan from just strangulation which is imo a bad method to partial or full hanging.
