I'm sharing my SN plan, It's programmed for February for now, up to change, I gave myself large.

I will put all the threads I used at the end of my post :)

Little information of me: I have been diagnosed with schizo-affective, ASD, ADHD and OCD.
I have access to quite a few meds:
- Olanzapine, Clozapine, Risperidone
- Diazepam(Valium), Bromazepam, Xanax
- Methylphenidate
- Fluoxetine, Paxil
- Actiskenan 20mg (Morphine)
- Pregabalin

I'm unsure but I might find some Omeprazole, I will check in the morning.

These days I'm on:
54mg of Methylphenidate morning + 32Mg booster in the afternoon
60mg Fluoxetine
10mg Valium morning, 20mg at night
8mg Risperidone at night
6mg Bromazepam if needed

The rest of the meds I listed are stocks from previous prescriptions

One thing I'm not sure is if I need to take a AE because of the antipsychotics which can give it's effects
I'm also considering addind Olanzapine and/or Clozapine for more AE

I will be using the 48 Hour SN protocol:

I will stop eating heavy (only light if I feel the need) and minimize drinking water at the 48hour mark

Day 1:

08:00: Usual treatment. Olanzapine ?

16:00: ?

24:00: (Usual treatment) 8mg Risperidone + Olanzapine ?

Day 2:

07:30: Eat slightly or drink if needed (better if not) this is the last time I will eat or drink before the SN

08:00 Usual treatment. Olanzapine?

23:00: Take 40mg Actiskenan (It's morphine, so opioid, is this gonna be a problem?) / Or Pregabalin + Risperidone

from 23 to 24:
Dissolve 25gm (using digital scale) of SN in water, slowly, putting the minimum amount of water possible
prepare a second drink if needed
Prepare 40mg Diazepam(Valium) and 12mg Bromazepam (Not to knock myself out, just to be calmed down)

23:55: Drink Diazepam and Bromazepam

24:00: Drink SN
Lay down on my bed, on my right side, put on some music on my headphones.
Have the second drink ready if needed

Sorry if this isn't really perfect or anything- But I'm be gald to get your opinions on the different mads and suggestions.

Sounds like a good plan you have medications planned, and a whole schedule on what you needed to do before you take your SN. I hope whenever you decide to activate your plan you, are able to fine peace.

minimising water at the 48 hour mark is quite a long time, while sources say to avoid water at the 2 hour mark, you can otherwise drink normally until that time.

"Current international guidelines now recommend allowing intake of clear fluids up until 2 h before elective anaesthesia." (to prevent aspiration)

"You can drink clear, non-fizzy drinks (water, squash, black tea or black coffee) up to 2 hours before surgery."
