Just want to get some opinions on my protocol I guess

Will fast for this whole day, will only drink very small amounts (to take pills) until 2 hours before SN

23:00- 500 mg ibuprofen 1000 mg paracetamol
23:05- 5mg lorazepam & 100mg tramadol
23:15- 75 mg promethazine

30 mg of SN? for 44kg? Idk, I'm not an expert or anything but from what I've read and what's generally said you're not really supposed to take more SN than the amount recommended in the guide since it can increase the chances of throwing up

There have even been people who died from just "taste-testing" SN after taking way less than that but if you still wanna try 30 mg, I'd say at least have a second or third cup ready just in case.

the rest seems fine to me but I could be wrong

30mg is far too little amount of SN. You probably wont feel anything if you ingest just 30mg. For SN to be lethal and for your weight you will need around 15-20g of SN. That's 15000-20000mg of SN.
