My sn protocol.

300 mg propranolol
400 mg pregabalin
100 mg Hydroxyzine


All dissolved in water 1 hour before drinking SN.

Since I don't have benzos i have to rely on these meds but unlike benzo these are slow acting so I'm going to drink them 1 hour before SN except for maybe propranolol. But I asked chatgpt for advice and it told me the dosage is extremely high and it would make me faint or black out before I could drinking SN. When should i time these?
