Help My sn plan with no benzos or extra medications

I plan on only taking some antiemetic and paracetamol with my sn, would it still be good? I know the medication it's not really necessary, and I really don't care if I have some discomfort.

Best of luck with whatever you choose! I believe that you can succeed his way, especially with the anti-emetic. There are case reports here in the forum of people taking it more or less like this!
