i feel that my living has no value. I've been considering ctb a year ago and the year before. But I feel like this year will be the one. That along any things that come along way. I've also had massive mood swings for the past few years and I tried going to a therapist, didn't help, I reached out to family, friends etc. Just had to get it off my chest.
