My psychosis is acting up

A neighbor needed to go to Walmart to get her bf a bus ticket so me and my husband thought, "it's just Walmart." He's been gone for almost 2 hours now and I am beyond pissed. My psychosis was acting up coming up on a hour but was able to calm it when he called me but now it's sky rocketed. Ok I get jealous easy and at first that's what it was now I'm just fucking pissed off at her. Don't help I've been listening to music that makes it worse especially ICP but I'm pissed so idk rn.its 8 28 at night could it not wait till tomorrow?

My neighbor asked my husband if he could drive her to Walmart to get a bus ticket for her bf and he did bc it was just Walmart but she took 2 fucking hours at night close to bedtime and at first I was jealous bc I easily get like that but my husband called me from Walmart and it calmed me down but at the 2 hour mark my psychosis started up so I started to listen to songs that make it worse. Sorry I was very mad when I typed it out, I hope this helped
