Last night I decided to do a test before taking SN with table salt, to tell the truth I had already eaten something including six raw eggs and therefore I did not respect the fasting protocol, and this is already the first difference.
I wanted to do this test to see if I would be able to drink SN since the taste of table salt is similar although not the same, I managed to drink everything in 5-6 sips, very salty, almost undrinkable, I put the amount of table salt that would be needed of SN to kill me.
I was struck by how similar the symptoms are to those of SN, although you have to take into account what I had eaten before as well, I had almost all of them, except hypotension obviously but rather the opposite i.e. hypertension.
Headache present, I vomited, I felt quite nauseous although not excessive, tachycardia present, sweating present, obviously the symptoms of hypoxia were missing i.e. mental confusion, cyanotic skin and fainting but I was surprised by the similarity of the symptoms, now that I managed to drink the same amount of table salt as I should drink of SN I feel psychologically prepared for SN.
