CTB PROTOCOL USING SN METHOD

STOP all medication 5 days before CTB.

Day 2 before CTB:

• 08:00 – 10 mg Metoclopramide + Pan 20 mg
• 16:00 – 10 mg Metoclopramide
• 24:00 – 10 mg Metoclopramide

Day 1 before CTB:

• 08:00 – 10 mg Metoclopramide + Pan 20 mg
• 16:00 – 10 mg Metoclopramide
• 24:00 – 10 mg Metoclopramide

Day of CTB:

• 08:00 – 10 mg Metoclopramide + Milk of Magnesia 5 ml or Pantrazole 20mg, Remember limit to light foods only.
• 16:00 – 10 mg Metoclopramide + Milk of Magnesia 5 ml (if needed, and here on Fasting starts, no solids, limited liquids)
• 20:00 – Milk of Magnesia 5 ml (if needed) + a piece of Toast.
• 22:15 – Fasting for Liquid Starts.
• 23:00 – 3 x 10 mg Metoclopramide
• 23:15 – 2 x Combiflam (Each contains Ibrufen 400mg and paracetamol 325 mg) + 300-400mg Propranolol.
• 23:42 – (4 tsp) 20 ml Milk of Magnesia + Clonazepam 4 mg + Last Cigarette.
• 23:45 – Neutralise Taste buds by Rotating and Spitting up, (no swallowing) the following: Vodka 60ml then with Mouth wash and then with plain water. Holding each for 2 sec inside mouth.
• 23:45 – 2 x 30 gm of SN in 50-60 ml plain Luke warm water. (My weight reduced from 99.6kg to 98 in 5 days on its own, donno wats happening)
• 23:45 - Neutralise Taste buds by Rotating and Spitting up, (no swallowing) the following: Vodka 60ml then with Mouth wash then with Plain water (Rotate and Spit up, no swallowing). Use mint lozenge in mouth.
• 23:46 – Recline or Sit back on bed using Pillow as support. Not more than 135 degrees. Cig? Can I ?

I still not have SN but a foreigner is sourcing it for me. One that I ordered was waste of precious money. It turned to Nitrate. All of that.


Estimated time to Exit the bus after CTB – Max 45-55 min, LOC in 15-20 minutes, Clonazepam can be substituted by 600 mg Oxazepam (20 tablets x 30 mg, Brand name: Anxozap 30 mg by Sun Pharma, but is extremely costly). (Clonazepam is in budget, Brand Lonazep 2mg). Stomach acid (Specially HCL) will turn NaNO2 to NaCl. If peptic ulcers exist, it will be extremely painful. It is like pouring salt over wounds inside your stomach. So Combiflam double dose is necessary. PPI like Pantoprazole, etc is to be avoided anyhow.

I'm just being pedantic, but when you say "23:45 – 2 x 30 gm of SN in 50-60 ml plain Luke warm water." I'm assuming that you're only drinking one, and will only drink the second glass if you vomit.

30 grams should be more than enough, and drinking two glasses will only increase your odds of vomiting.

You probably already know this, but sharing just in case (and for others that might read this)

I ordered it by creating a background of Home tiffin service for meat. I told them it is needed curing purpose and I still have some but it is not working since it was bought in Jan 2020. Now I created whole lot of stories to buy this. When the SN came, every thing inside was clumped together. Mfg date was May 2024, and expiry was 3 years after this. Though the bottle had air tight cap but was not in plastic wrapping. I bought Aquarium testing kit and it showed presence of nitrate than that of Nitrite. Bionix is the brand which bought for testing. Secondly, I took it a nearby aquarium shop and they tested it for me and also confirmed the presence of nitrate mostly and not nitrite. I tested their water for nitrite with my kit and it was showing same result with both test kit i.e., mine and theirs. I told them I need it for some experiment through which I am trying to refine gold. Those people were uneducated and believed me on this. When stated this to the seller, he refused to return and exchange. So I understood it is a scam.
