My method

I talked about this in another one of my posts but I figured I'd make a general post listing the entire process.

4 tablets of 1mg Ativan (prior to drug consumation for relaxation purposes only)
60 tablets of 50mg Amitriptyline
20 tablets of 20mg Propranolol
4 tablets of 1mg Ativan

My plan is to crush up the Amitriptyline and Propranolol into a loose powder and mix with a cup of orange juice. As mentioned, I'll take 4 tablets of 1mg Ativan so I can be relaxed and sleepy during the process.

Then I'll put on a playlist of all my favorite songs before I chug the death mixture.
After consumation I will lay down flat on the floor with a bucket next to me in case I have to throw up.

That's it! Please provide feedback if I'm missing anything.

Definitely don't crush up the amitriptyline, it's incredibly bitter and you won't be able to mask the taste, even with OJ. When I used it for my OD, even swallowing a mass amount was unpleasant, so I'm almost certain it crushed will be unbearable.

I think recommendation for Amitriptyline is 8-10g?. 3g may work though, since it's definitely a toxic dose.

Not sure if 400mg of Propranolol would make a difference, but it could given it also affects the heart.

I wouldn't advise crushing amitriptyline, as someone else posted it is very bitter and it can also numb oral tissue.
