I can relate a lot, mostly a lack of interest and pleasure in anything is dragging me down lately and it's unbearable at times. What have you tried so far? What are you open to try or could reasonably try? Namely therapy, medication, etc. What does normal life look like for you? Namely do you have school, work, family responsibilities, other, weighing on you. Don't feel you need to answer these questions, in a way they're thinking points. I hate doing it myself when I'm on my own, but I think it's important to consider things and think them through. Figure out if there are big stressors or see if some things could be changed. You can even consider what things still bring you joy, if any, and what things you might still want to do, if any. I don't even know what to do with my own life so it's all just thoughts there. I wish you the best in whatever you decide to do and I'm sorry your mental health has been hurting you so much.
