I have a job, loving parents and I'm planning a wedding.

I'm ok as long as I have something to do. It's temporary things like choosing the wedding venue or playing a game I like. When it ends, I'm left empty.

I don't know what else to write. I'm gonna enjoy lying on the couch depressed before my fiancé comes home and try to pep talk me.

At least in my case, I know that I could never want to be here in this world no matter the circumstances, so your feelings are understandable. There is something so incredibly unsatisfying about having to exist, I believe that even if many of the things that I see as being a problem were removed I would still want to die because of the pointlessness of it all. Existence certainly is something that is so useless and just leads nowhere apart from our inevitable deterioration and death. But anyway, I wish you the best in whatever happens going forward.

Its difficult to understand your situation but it feels like there's some lacking in contentment, maybe a professional can help you identify this. Why you feel need to be busy?

couldn't relate to this more!! Totally understand the feeling.

I tend to get a little bit of enjoyment at the weekends when my working week is over, I can drink myself into oblivion and if my team win, I get some joy. Roll on a few hours/days and all I want to do is CTB......I hate the feeling but also get comfort from knowing I know my method and I could choose to go

I get it, needing the constant distraction or else things just go to shit. Honestly posting on this forum is distracting me right now, but the once you stop doing something it feels like a bucket of cold water poured over your head. I don't really have a way of coping, I just live an incredibly unhealthy lifestyle where I distract myself 24/7. Trying to sleep is a nightmare, but once i'm asleep i hope I don't wake up.
